Stratton
Kristine Stratton will become CEO of the National Recreation and Park Association June 5, a year after Barbara Tulipane announced she would retire once her successor was hired. Stratton is currently SVP of operations at Earthjustice.
The American Resort Development Association tapped a former employee to succeed Howard Nusbaum. Jason Gamel, now SVP of legal at Wyndham Destinations, was formerly VP of state government affairs for ARDA.
David Samuelson took over as CEO of Schaumberg, Ill-based ISACA April 1. He has a background in "learning and technology innovation."
Julie Bell Lindsay moves from Citigroup to be the next executive director of the Center for Audit Quality, an autonomous organization affiliated with the American Institute of CPAs.
Khatera Calleja moves from the Advanced Medical Technology Association, where she SVP of technology and regulatory affairs, to CEO of the Healthcare Supply Chain Association.
Amy Calvert of Visit Baltimore has been hired as CEO of the Events Industry Council.
The National Potato Council has promoted Kam Quarles to CEO. He was VP of public policy and communications.
In senior staff news, the International Dairy Foods Association hired Matt Herrick as SVP of executive and strategic communications, a new position at IDFA.
Carla Lochiatto joins ASIS International as director of the chief security officer center. She has been director of public policy operations at ASAE.
The Food Marketing Institute announced two hires: Marjorie DePuy as senior director for supply chain and sustainability, and Gigi Vita as VP of sales for the Safe Quality Food Institute.
